Feeling Your Emotions - Guided Meditation Living Fully Alive

Join Mary in her series of guided meditations that are 15 minutes or less.
It’s the perfect way to start or end your day without taking up much time.  
These meditations are perfect for beginners and seasoned students of meditation. 
What do you need?
- A quiet place for meditation (even your car works!)
- A comfortable place to sit (chair or cushion)
- That’s all!
The gift of a guided meditation is that all you have to do is sit there and follow Mary’s voice. You don’t need to know how to meditation to do this meditation. 
Today’s meditation will invite you to become aware of your present emotional state. Usually when we are in a hurry, stressed out, or stuck in a pattern of survival mode it’s easy to not be aware of how we are feeling in any given moment. However, when we can slow down and pause we can notice what emotions are right below the surface. During this meditation, Mary will invite you to create a space to open up to what you are feeling. You’ll exercise the practice of identifying the emotion, naming it and giving yourself permission to feel it with loving acceptance no matter what emotion it is. By the end, you will have a deeper awareness to what you’ve been feeling.
