In this week's episode, I am coming off of a wonderful weekend that including watching my youngest play varsity basketball and our JV boys win their game during the first round of the conference tournament which we hosted (and to think i took last weekend off to run a 5K in Birmingham. I'm glad i didn't!) Fast forward to this week as I prepare for my first race of the Fleet Feet Grand Prix: the CCAP 5K. I talk about my preparation which includes the Nike Run Club app and the TB12 HIIT workout. I also give a special shoutout to Afresh Culture Clothing Co.,a faith-based apparel line for the nice snap back I wore during last weekend's basketball tournament. P.S. I mentioned that i just discovered the 5K run option on the Nike Run Club app. Well, we all did because it is a new feature that was recently added. 😅😅😅. Also in this episode, I called Afresh Culture Clothing Co.by the wrong name.
