Episode 24: Less is Never More Mikey and Rinne Eat In

This week Mikey and Rinne have LOTS to talk about! Rinne has found out alot about herself, Mikey has discovered the joys of dry chicken and they both are shopping fools...bindle shopping, that is.

Quinoa Cakes:
Quinoa
Parsley
Green Onions
Hard Cheese, grated
Eggs
Bread Crumbs (or not)
Salt and Pepper
Sumac
Garlic, minced

Mix together in the right proportions (your guess!)…shape into 2 inch wide patties and pan fry with olive oil (and/or butter) until golden brown on each side.

Spatchcock: This is a good illustration - but only cut down one side of the backbone - the spine is the best part of a roasted chicken!
