The People Concern takes on one of the most challenging and persistent problem for Los Angeles, the issue of pervasive homelessness. In our conversation John shares what he has learned over his 30 year career, some simple solutions we can put in place now to help reduce homelessness and why he thinks we do have hope of solving the problem once and for all.
