My Dopamine Detox No Starving Artist

After a sluggish few days I suspected I could use a dopamine detox. Because social media and a lot of screen activities give us such quick dopamine hits, it can challenge our concentration toward slower reward activities (like reading, studying, building businesses or other pursuits). However, the slower reward activities tend to be the ones which can most positively impact us and the world. This is how my 24 hour dopamine detox went.
