In this week’s episode, Rachel talks about using various positive affirmations in order to move up the Emotional Vibrational Scale. When we repeat positive affirmations to ourselves out loud or write them down in a journal we signal a higher vibration to our body, organs, and cells.
Using these can assist us in getting out of a depressed state to one that is more joyful and happy. It is simple but does take some hard work. It is like lifting weights for our mind, essential if we would like to tone our emotions like we tone our muscles.
