#55 | Exploring Parental Wounds Live Your RAW Life

    • Alternative Health

In this week’s episode, Rachel shares very vulnerably and authentically about the parental wounds that have personally affected her life. She admits she has been holding this back because of the uncertainty of how to share but, now has been guided on how to share respectfully.
She gives a variety of examples of how both the father and mother wound can show up in our lives and affect how we operate on a regular basis. Along with those examples she shares personal stories about how those exposed wounds played out in her life and the effect they had. She, also explains some of the work she has done to be able to flip the script of the mindset she was in, to one of healing and alignment.
There are so many resources out there that can assist us on the journey of healing these aspects of ourselves. Books, therapists, friends, self-awareness, healers, and spiritual guidance, just to name a few. Remember, you do not have to do this alone.
Your interactions, kind words, and support are what keep this podcast going. Thank you!
