Shona, the founder of Mindset in Motion, survived being born prematurely, a mini stroke, heart surgery, a breakdown as a result of work-related stress, a life-changing accident and cancer. Shona could have given up, but she chose to get up. Her panic attacks led her to get help through Mind, where she finally spoke to a counselor without fear of judgement, which made her realize she was not alone. After leaving the law profession, over the last 4 years she has followed her passion of running her own fitness center, re-qualified as a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner and nutrition consultant, and runs her own business working with mid-life executives to avoid and recover from burnout. She is also an author of a best-selling book, The Girls Who Refused to Quit, and shortly is due to release her second book. Learn how Shona transformed from being “Broken to BIONIC” (Brave, Identify, Obtainable, Necessary, I, Can) and now finds the positive in every day.
