“Ranked” as the best Seattle sports radio show
Brock, Maura, and Justin make this a five-star show, so I guess that means Mr. Hamstring contributes-0.4 stars to the equation… 😉
My daily dose
As a longtime listener who consumes a plethora of podcast and sports news, the Brock and Salk show stands out as something truly special. The combination of hosts, guests, topics personalities and opinions create a unique experience that resonates deeply. As someone who’s relocated at the Pacific Northwest I generally appreciate Mike’s refusal to conform to the “northwest nice” stereotype, which adds an authentic flavor rarely seen elsewhere. I find myself laughing daily, particularly at Brock being a huge square, yet I admire his unwavering convictions and faith. The genuine love and mutual respect among everyone on the show (despite Mora’s consistent gripes about rank) is palpable. In a world where solidarity is scares, the show consistently delivers for Seattle Sports fans like myself. Please keep up the fantastic work and whatever you do don’t even think about breaking up again.
Is this a good radio show?
Love the show. Justin and Maura provide great support throughout the show. Salk makes well thought out arguments that are interesting to listen to, and I truly think he is a very good host, but the way he makes his points can be irksome sometimes.
Almost every show Salk will ask softball questions to himself rather than saying his own opinion directly. Just say what your opinion is, and your thoughts on the issue.
Is this a good radio show? Yes.
Do I wish Salk would stop asking himself questions? Also yes.
Where is Brock? Not sure. It seems like he’s frequently not around.
