Justin got started in real estate about ten years ago. He began by running his business with a team and a lot of overhead costs, especially when it came to marketing. After shifting his focus to nurturing his existing buyer relationships and building up his email list, things started to change. Through this new strategy, he was able to drastically reduce his overhead costs, make more money, and work way fewer hours. Justin says he only spends a couple of hours a day working on his business, and he does a lot of it while on vacation.
