Sports has built confidence within her as a woman, gave her career opportunities, and an environment filled with amazing, hard-working, and successful people to this day.
    Her passion for sports began at a very young age in upstate NY, where football and Ice hockey became her first two loves. Following High School, Missy had a successful college career at Duke University where she was able to participate in 2 ACC Conference Championships, 5 NCAA tournaments and the National Championship in 1999. Following her stint at Duke, Missy played professionally in Germany for three seasons winning a German National Championship. Missy coached basketball at the college level for 12 years both at the Division II and Division III levels & received 3 conference coach of the year honors and was nominated for National Coach of the Year in 2013. She also coached a youth 12-year-old team where they too won a German National Championship. Most recently Missy was inducted into the New York State High School Hall of Fame (with Jim Brown) and the National High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

    Dr. Bauman, is a renowned Sport and Human Performance Psychologist (Gravity Performance) who provides high quality services to athletes, coaches, sport organizations, and business organizations on a private consulting basis. Jim has provided sport psychology services at the 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2008 Olympic Games. Earlier in his career, as a Full-time Senior Sport Psychologist for the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) US Olympic Training Center, he created, implemented, and managed the first sport psychology program at this Olympic Training Center.     Sam Snow has over 40 years of experience as a coach, player, and administrator in soccer in the US. His work includes serving as the technical director for US Youth Soccer, the largest youth sports organization in the US. He is the founder and CEO of American Made Soccer Consultants. Sam continues to work as a national instructor for U. S. Soccer. Snow was recently announced as the recipient of the US Youth Soccer Excellence in Coaching Education Award – The Dr. Thomas Fleck Award. Above all, Sam is a true coach educator. For 14 years he lead the instruction of the National Youth License, and he continues to serve as an instructor for the Master’s Degree in Coaching Soccer with Ohio University.     #7: Conflicts between coaches, parents, board members, and administrators drive good people away from our club…Where we’ll discuss the key question from the world of mediation that separates interests from positions and puts those conflicts on the bench for good.

    #6: We need sponsor, fundraising, and grant dollars so that we can afford to run our club and do not have to charge so much for kids to play…Where we’ll recognize not all money is the same: fees vs. sponsor $ vs. fundraising $ vs grants. And we'll talk about the basic foundation an organization needs to pursue any/all of these sources of revenue.
