Highly recommend - a full catalog review

A great walkthrough of all the albums song by song, by a man (and fan) with musical literacy and intelligence. Simply great. 😀

Highly recommended

I am thoroughly enjoying these podcasts. I am the same age as the podcaster and have been a fan of Elton’s since 1972. I own every one of his albums. It’s fun to hear another person’s views on the songs with a music teacher’s perspective.

Fun and informative

I’ve loved Elton John going on 25 years, and I have found this to be an informative look at each album track by track. Naming off the “Eltonisms” has made me aware of little signature flairs that Elton John puts into his songs. This podcast has also caused me to go back and revisit tracks that I’ve dismiss and appreciate them more. A must listen if you are a die hard Elton John fan of are just curious about what albums to listen to to really get to understand the man.
