Life-saving podcast
Dana’s method is starting to sink-in as a habit now after a lifetime of overwhelm. Every single episode is beautifully encouraging in the most lighthearted casual way.
I’ve had Dana in my ears off and on for almost a decade.
I enjoy the no-fuss no-editing format of her podcast. It’s like calling a sister when you need company while getting stuff done, and she just speaks encouraging words even when you don’t have much to say. And she always “answers the phone” 😆 thanks to her bazillions of episodes. She always says she’s not a therapist but we all know she’s helping us rewrite new ways of thinking in a very positive way.

PS
Could someone create a Spotify “Dana’s Five Minute Pickup Timer”? Like an adult version of the Barney clean up song 🙌😆
Like having a friend to keep you company while decluttering
Such a great podcast!
I listen to Dana when I am decluttering, just doing the dishes or look look always looking. Having a friend in this podcast helps me break through my decluttering paralysis and keep going!
So many great suggestions and techniques that have actually helped in my real life!
Great approach
I think Dana's approach is so helpful. If you follow her steps it's all moves toward a less cluttered life, and "dishes math" is the truth. I've heard other organizers say that dishes can wait, but I don't find that to be a good approach. This week's "finding the joy" episode was great. How much would we pay for more space... a lot more than we'd pay for more junk!
