In the post-pandemic world, running a PR agency can be challenging amidst the ever-changing media landscape. However, Jennifer Bett Meyer and Melissa Duren Conner of Jennifer Bett Communications understand the importance of maintaining your core values while evolving your agency. Five years after appearing on Superwomen in 2019, Jennifer and Melissa share how their agency has evolved.

Jennifer Bett Communications celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, and even with a decade of experience, Jennifer and Melissa still love pitching. Despite having experienced many highs and lows, they remained true to themselves after the pandemic by concentrating on brand storytelling and maintaining personal relationships with editors. Jennifer and Melissa are proud to run an agency that puts women first, especially mothers. They believe that success can be achieved by reimagining the workday and prioritizing family.
