Below was my former review. By 2021 it’s become HR happy hour.

Entertaining Nuts and Bolts. Honest and entertaining look into the guts of PE

Used to be better

The quality of this podcast has diminished over time. The recent content just seems like rehash of consulting 2 by 2 and 3 by 3 frameworks from business books. Preferred it when the content focused on the PE topics vs how to improve the OpCo.

Great podcast!!

I don’t work in private equity but I have enjoyed learning more about it. I really enjoy this podcast for gaining advice and hearing stories of what makes a great leader and how to build a high performing team. A lot of the stories and advice are applicable to people in all industries.
