Amanda Richardson is CEO of CoderPad, an online talent assessment platform used by companies such as Spotify, LinkedIn, Shopify, Lyft and many others. In just four years as CEO, she has led the company's growth in 160+ countries, over 4000 customers doing over 3 million assessments per year.
