Interesting
I love to learn about history and mythology. I don’t put much stock into prophecy. But many people do, and it affects behavior and history, so I want to know what they are thinking. Many people believe that God has directed human history, and they want to know what the next move is because they want to be on God’s side. I consider this to be Manichaeism. I don’t believe God has predestined any person or country to be condemned, and maybe that makes me out of step with other Christians or other Catholics, but so be it. Maybe God does have a grand plan involving the political situation for earth, so I am open to listen to what that plan may be.
Sometimes I fear we are walking into a self fulfilling prophecy of nuclear war centered around Israel. Iran has never had a nuclear weapons program but they have the capacity to make one of the Ayatollah reverses his fatwa against wmds.
