    Have you ever met someone IRL after following them on social and thought “Is this the same person?”.  I know I have! I can honestly say I’ve walked by people on the street who I see on social every day in my feed and had no idea that we crossed paths in person.



    This week’s episode has come together purely because my guest, Emily, is NOT one of those creators - she is literally quite the opposite. I found Emily’s LinkedIn account last year after she commented on a post from another creator - I’m pretty sure it had something to do with diet culture and her kind perspective.  Her feedback was so encouraging and genuine! I fell down the rabbit hole right onto her page and it’s been an authentic connection & vibe sense!



    Emily is so insanely authentic and she is a wonderful example of a creator who creates magnetizing content simply by embodying who she is through her branding and messaging. I’ve loved getting to know her story in business and through the knowledge she shares as a fitness coach, mentor and all around nurturing creator.



    We’re going to dive deep into the topic of embodied content creation and share tons of info for you to noodle on regarding how you show up for your community! This is one of those episodes where you’ll want to grab the prompt, take some notes and get ready to soak in all the wisdom shared!

    Y’all - being in a creative funk is no bueno.



    Do you ever just feel like you’re stuck and everything feels out of your control?

    I won’t be this way forever, but in this moment I’m allowing myself to lean into the frustration and dig deep into what is creating the block around my creativity.



    Is it body dysmorphia? Lack and limitations? The fact that we’re approaching an eclipse? Premenstrual Syndrome? I digress…

    I fell in love with podcasting last year … and then I almost quit.

    I felt like I had to choose between recording and walking. Between recording and my health. Between recording and driving to my next event. Between recording and spending time with family and doing the other things I love.

    This is so wild but what I learned is that ONE piece of equipment and ONE mindset shift saved my podcast. I bought a mobile mic and stopped thinking about all the things I can’t do and started thinking about who I want to be!

    My truth is that content creation (regardless of the medium) doesn’t have to be a choice you choose over everything else. You can BE you and create amazing things. You can BE you and DO what you love.

    Sometimes the game changing solution is simple. It could be a change in equipment, a course, a book, letting go of a must do thing you’re not really into… it doesn’t have to be earth shatteringly huge.

    Let’s take some time to ponder the blocks, tiny shifts, little value adds, and opportunities that can make a huge difference in how you approach your goals!

    Have you ever wondered why you are the way you are? Like at the core - have you ever wondered why you feel totally at ease in certain situations and completely overwhelmed in others?

    If you have, then you’re not alone! I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve been on a self discovery journey for the past year and I loooooove personality tests, BUT it wasn’t until I was introduced to Human Design that I truly became self-aware.

    Human Design is a concept and system much like astrological birth charts and is based on your exact time, date, and place of birth.  Your Human Design also identifies your dominant chakras to create your personal body graph and is basically an energetic blueprint of YOU. Human Design is essentially a mix of Kabbalah, I'Ching, Myers-Briggs, astrology, biochemistry, genetics and the chakra system all in one!

    On this episode, I dive deep with expert Megan Seamans Johnston on all things Human Design types, authorities, and charts! We get into the why, the impact and how you can look up your chart for oodles of clarity and self reflection.
