In this episode I break down the 5 keys to delivering an effective elevator speech about climate change partially inside of the framework of the Project Drawdown book.

Climate change is a huge opportunity to change the future of the world and we need to see it as one or else we get resigned, hopeless, and we feel like we cannot do anything at all, so we give up. Once we start to give up it is in essence game over for the planet and our future. 

We need to be optimistic about the potential to create the world anew through reversing and eliminating climate change. 

By taking one, two or even as little as three actions on a regular basis that are reducing your CO2 and methane gas emissions you can make a huge difference, and while you are doing that ask a few friends to also take as little as one, two or three actions a day to reduce their CO2 and methane emissions. 

You would be shocked how big of a difference that you can make.

If we all took one action a day that makes a difference for the planet, what could we accomplish?



Could we reverse climate change?



Could we halt the polar ice caps from letting?



Could we stop global warming?



I don't have the full answer and it's a worthy endeavor to take on, so I challenge you to take one action every day that makes a difference for the planet.

Conventional gardening nad farming are heavy on pesticide and chemical fertilizer use, both of which kill the life in your soil. Maintaining the life in our soil is the key to both short-term and long-term gardening and farming success and organic gardening and farming are designed to restore the health fo your soil.

Climate change is going to have massive effects on our way of life and actually already is. Food prices are going to go up, food access is going to go down and people's livelihoods will be hit hard by climate change. So please make sure that you are taking care of your responsibility to the planet and pressuring companies to do the same.

Development is causing huge challenges to our food system as we are set to lose hundreds of thousands of acres of farmland in the U.S., add in the rising costs of land and in the future we may not have enough farmers to produce the food that we need to survive. In this episode, we are bringing these challenges to the forefront and propose individual food resiliency as a solution.
