Purposefully(why?‪)‬ Live daily

    • Society & Culture

For everything in existence there is a purposes, a reason for its existence that makes utility possible, it is safe to say that one of our greatest joys as humans is to find the purpose of a thing, but even more interestingly give purpose(meaning) to certain thing that we are privileged to create or pioneer. And so for me this is one idea that is so dear to me. But it is worthy of note the that we no longer LIVE with that sense of purpose, there is a less and less emphasis on purposefulness and a heightened emphasis on emotions. We live now a very sensual era, where everything is subject to feelings and less to meaning. I honestly think that is quite limiting, how we feel is indeed important but it has to be subject or at least get its definitions from PURPOSE, so meaningful endeavor should be encouraged irrespective of how discomforting it may feel, and things along those lines. So before you assume this is me coming to teach you about “your purpose in life” take a break from that thought. Pervades the simply fact that we think we know what purpose is when in reality we have absolutely no client should be a major concern. Because we read books about it, attend seminars and listen to so many persons and yet at the core of idea we miss it. So today I’m not here to teach you about your purpose even though you are likely to get some direction if you listen close, I am here to establish what that idea means at the basic form of it. And it is captured in the question WHY? Why is anything made, made? Why am I here now? Why are you here now of all the p places and things you could have been doing? I believe that when we understand purpose better, especially at its basic form we are better equipped to utilize moments, opportunities, relationships, and to LIVE a more intentional and meaningful life. This i tell you is the game changer. To truly live, you must live purposefully daily.
