Must have podcast for business owners who are looking to grow.

I’ve worked with so many “controllers” and other financial professionals and NONE OF THEM understood how to do their job correctly, I.e. “automating” themselves out of it as the goal and putting systems in place to save time on the back office. It’s always puzzled me how most financial “professionals” don’t understand automation is a trend and need to shift from a consultative approach and the topics in this podcast are a breath of fresh air.

The only time I’ve ever heard people in this space talking about contribution margins, rolling 12s, and leveraging labor efficiency ratios was from my independent research reading Greg Crabtree’s “Simple Numbers” book, which extended upon the “Scaling up” framework from the gazelles coaches and I have to say - these are powerful concepts and I’m glad to know other firms in the space are embracing these things!

Highly recommend this podcast and am excited to hear more insight!
