Supportive & Encouraging

Hearing John's and Heather's personal stories, and getting little snippets of how other parents are raising a twice exceptional child is incredibly encouraging. Knowing that other parents are facing similar challenges to what we face (and getting through it!) makes life seem more manageable. Having a child on the fringes can feel isolating, but having this support is incredible!

Best Parenting/Life with Kids Podcast

Thank you, Heather and Jon for keeping me sane! Your podcast is full of helpful advice, ideas and strategies for parenting gifted kids that really work. The Fringy Bit has helped me countless times when I find myself thinking, 'what am I doing wrong?' I recently listened to the Siblings episode and had my boys make posters about each other where they listed what they admired about their brother, loved that idea. Planning on trying out the sibling contract too.

Whenever I’ve encountered a new difficulty I scroll through your episodes and can always find multiple episodes that address it. Your senses of humor keep me laughing too! Looking forward to your latest quip. Thank you :)
