Quick Tip Tuesday - Pros & Cons To Fat Loss Phase Vs. Maintenance The Fit Fun Macro Mom: Macros, Food/Nutrition Basics, Fitness, Healthy Kids, Mom Life Hacks, Food Freedom, Work From Home Mo

I know many of you are or will get to a point where you are close to your weight loss goal and you are asking yourself the question of whether another Fat Loss phase is the right direction for you to head to or should you stay in maintenance.  So I wanted to share with you where I am at because I am about five pounds ish off from my goal and as much as I would like to lean down, I just had to weight out the Pros and Cons to both phases to decide which was the right move for me right now in this season of life.
 
Ultimately when you listen to todays episode you will realize that yes, I want to lose fat but i am not so worried about the number on the scale.  I definitely don't want to sacrifice my calories I am at in maintenance as I head in to summer, so with many other reasons in which you will hear in this podcast episode I am moving at tightening down on my maintenance phase and enjoying it through the Summer in which I will re-evaluate come fall.
