MMA talk from MMA fighters
Good discussions on MMA from people with some fighting experience
Insightful
I have always been a fan of MMA. Being able to listen to fighters talk about their personal struggles, truly allows the listener to appreciate more of the sport. This podcast was able organized and clear and no one would talk on top of another. Each interview was started, developed and finished; there was never a time where a topic went unfinished. This podcast isn't only for mma fighters or fans, rather it is for anyone who is working on looking past the challenges, and emerging from them. I like how Fritz started out by saying that he was not licensed, because I feel like he didn't trick me and this gave him more credibility later on. Very entertaining podcast because the topics discussed are relatable to the everyday life of any individual.
Interesting!
The episode with Joseph Fritz is definitely an interesting perspective on MMA. The mental stamina, endurance, and capability fighters need to have is unlike any other sport. Being catered for mostly enthusiests and professionals, I found it difficult at times to follow the stream lined conversation of the gentlemen. The talk of their experiences with mental stamina when it comes to loss is fascinating. I'm pleased with Joseph understanding his place as a practitioner. He understands that he is not a licensed psychologist which, I think, makes the credibility of this entire episode concrete.
