Is it a good idea to appeal down?  Have you been bumped up a level and people no longer want you on their teams?

In this episode our good friend Traci discusses ratings and the process to appeal down.  Traci has won states 8 times, competed at World Team Tennis Nationals, and has played on USTA teams in 4 states (all while living in NC)!
