Read and Yoga presents a short kids' yoga podcast. We start with my kids joining in, but my children decided they would rather do yoga than talk about it. So from Season 2 on they help choose books and create sequences for you. Now full disclaimer. I am a mom of 3 children and 2 dogs, real life happens in these podcasts. I hope you can enjoy our reality.

The Wonky Donkey
Craig Smith creates a fun word play as you join him on walk down a path and encounter a wonky donkey. Together we add yoga poses and increase the silliness of this donkey fun to make this story more active. Come yoga with me.

The Best of Movement and Stories with Kids
Yoga with kids WHILE enjoying favorite children’s books… what’s not to love?! It’s the cutest. Ashley curates poses with the movement of the story, but her kids are excellent movement story tellers as well. My children love to move with these stories and it sets a gentle tone for the day. We love everything real and beautiful about this podcast.
So Cute!
Ashley and her daughter Emma make a wonderful duo. The podcast highlights how we can be creative with sequences, find a purpose for our practice, and the benefits of kid yoga. Emma is so cute and bubbly and while she can sometimes get a little sidetracked, I can tell that she is just as interested and passionate about having a yoga practice as her mother.
