Mike doesn’t just ask surface level questions. He digs in to find out the details of how the person’s business operates. Knowing more than what they do but how they do is very beneficial. Way to go Mike keep up the great work!

Excellent podcast!

This is by far my favorite real estate podcast. I have learned so much, and the format is very interesting. The host always asks the “right” questions - the ones that get the pertinent answers, and his follow-up questions are almost always exactly what I was wondering! Please keep it up. I am (impatiently) awaiting the next episode! :)
