Smart and Deep (CEO's interviewing CEO's...)

Licensed real estate agent looking to start my own company. I started listening to business podcasts a few years ago looking for new ideas, a new edge, and to broaden my perspective in the real estate world beyond my office's local bubble, so I've probably heard every popular real estate podcast on iTunes. While some do have their strengths, no other real estate podcast goes as "deep" as these guys - which is a refreshing break from some of the other gimmicky, salesmen-like guys out there. Where other podcasts will give you the "general gist" of a startup's business model, these guys will actually take time to explain it to you. after all, what's the point of learning about some new exciting business model if you can't fully understand how it works? I just wish they came out with episodes more often - - after I finished their current episodes and went back to my old real estate casts, I couldn't help but miss the level of depth and intuition you get from them. And its not just about taking the time to understand complex ideas - these guys think different, from you and me and from each other, and they ask their guests things that wouldn't even occur to me (but that I wish I thought of.) You can tell the guests genuinely enjoy talking to people on their level. This is by far the smartest, most "hits the nail on the head" of them all. It's sad there isn't more of a market for this more serious stuff... sadly most people want tips on flipping houses... not developing their own real estate startup, so it's no surprise they don't put out episodes more frequently :( I wouldn't recommend listening to them on 1.5x or 2.0... save that for the other ones.. for this you'll wanna listen carefully

Learn a lot every show

Really enjoy the podcast - CRE isn't the industry I primarily work in, but interesting to hear how different founders are thinking about a space that is ripe for disruption.
