In this episode, I decided to read Ven. Ajahn Suchart's "Sensual Pleasures Are Painful" to dive into the depth of sensual pleasures and how they are harmful towards spiritual cultivation in the Buddha Dhamma.
I came across this piece of writing while I was at the monastery, and it had a profound impact on changing my perspective. I thought to share with you all to comprehend the Dhamma of Lord Buddha.
