Best new podcast for leaders

If you are in leadership in any capacity, listening to this podcast is a must. I’ve learned so much about personal growth, how to build up others that I’m leading, and have heard great tips on how to handle hard situations as a leader. Every leader needs encouragement and growth to keep leading well, and what this podcast offers is above and beyond what else is out there.

Brings more leadership wins!

This podcast is such a practical tool for leaders that challenges, encourages, and helps bring more wins. I love that they tackle some of the places we get stuck as leaders and help us examine the ways we need to grow. Their content really can bring more abundance to our lives and the organizations we lead.

The Aligning Conversations course by Larry Boatright is also really worth checking out. It's such a practical resource that leaves you prepared with the right perspective and script in hand to jump into critical conversations with teammates.

Wow, so good!

I know this podcast is fairly new but the very first episode was extremely helpful to me. The quality of the podcast and the content is really high. I can’t wait to see what else they bring to the table in the future.
