Sending love to everyone who made these episodes possible!
It’s great to hear other stories from people about their experience with religion, I can relate to Kari because I was also raised as a SDA member and ended up leaving. Thank you to everyone for sharing your stories, they have helped me tremendously as I’m sure they have helped many people! Keep up the great work!
Amazing!
This is an absolutely fascinating topic that deserves exploration in our current climate. I too had never heard the term spiritual abuse before and found it to be a clarifying description for a way that a lot of people are raised. It’s not about belief, it’s about behavior. Love this.
Amazing!
Went through a lot of this with my husband! He was disowned by his family who are JW’s because he dated me who wasn’t and they wouldn’t even come to our wedding because they said they would get dis fellowshipped which we knew wasn’t true. My husband has been through hell and back because of his own blood and flesh doing what they did to them and I know deep down he is still hurting over everything! It’s such a sad world! The JW cult is EVIL!!! Good Job Kari, Miranda, and Laura!! Can’t wait to listen to more!
