So Many Different Topics

What I really love about this podcast is how varied the topics are, while all still looping back to investing. It gives me real-world, applicable ideas from an array of different perspectives. Sometimes I learn about things I never would have thought twice about before. Highly recommend!

Inspirational & motivational as always

I have listened to one of your episodes and I really loved it!
Your interview with Brad Simtob struck a chord with me since I know someone who was unable to attend college due to financial constraints but was able to launch a successful business as a result of his tenacity and enthusiasm for what he does. But don't get me wrong - I'm not advocating for dropping out; rather, I'm astounded that someone who has been unable to do so for a variety of reasons may still succeed with hard work, determination, and perseverance.
Thank you for continuing to inspire us with your guests. I've learned so much from your show

Multifamily University ,

Informative and great stuff!

The 3 disruptive trends that they have discussed are real that I can observe it today.
