Inna had just begun building a life for herself, and for her husband, before the invasion of Ukraine brought all her dreams crashing down.She was forced to live under harsh and dangerous conditions in her home town ‘Kherson’ as it became fully occupied by Russian troops.Eventually, Inna is forced to flee to the West of the country as the threat to her life, and to the lives of those around her,  becomes too great.

Following on from S1 | E1: 'The Arrival', the host of Residence finally lands in Oświęcim, Poland — home to the infamous concentration camps 'Auschwitz' and 'Birkenau' — where he will live and work for the foreseeable future.  
Where at first he believes he'll be met with a friendly, civil gathering with his new manager and co-teachers, his night quickly takes a turn he doesn't expect.
