Retreat Reflection #1: Worthiness in Your Life Imperfectly Impactful

One week ago, we finished the Unscripted Mastermind Retreat, hosted by my mentor and friend, Jessica Burgio.
Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing takeaways and shouting out some of the speakers from this retreat.
This episode is thanks to Tracy O'Malley & Bree Johnson. Tracy dove into the Enneagram especially diving deep into each of ours touching each of our hearts more than we ever expected. The following day, Bree guided us in a beautiful breathwork session where the aha's from Tracy combined with Bree's guidance hit me.
I have not been making time for stillness and to not constantly be doing.
