cultural reset
Return to Camp Half-Blood is very lovely. The hosts’ gen z, queer (mostly), musical theatre brand of humor speaks to me personally. I’m finally finishing The Tower of Nero, and the way I read Rick Riordan books has been changed by their segments. The heavy handed wit in every paragraph sticks out more clearly to me. Every corny joke has become a possible favorite sass moment. The pro-Hera stance, offerings, and island vote-offs make this podcast unique among PJO pods. Although my emotional-attachment-favorite status holder is Seaweed Brain, Return to Camp Half-Blood is challenging them for that title. I am working my way through binging them all (I count 17☠️), and I resist starting my own because I don’t have interesting thoughts. Better to leave the fun and edumacational commentary to Brayden, Ava, and Niamh. 🧡💜
dam this is so long aaaa
Objectively the hottest PJO podcasters
These Gen z folks are hilarious and delightful. Give them a listen 💙💙💙
😍
Does anyone else think Brayden is hot?
