What is Rewilding? 



Rewilding is a process of coming home to ourselves, peeling back the layers of societal and cultural conditioning and returning to our true nature. In this pilot episode of Rewild the Soul podcast, host Hannah Schultz shares her own journey of Rewilding, and how it led her to create Rewild the Soul. She shares her story from feeling like she was here to change the world, but being lost in knowing how to do it, to the path of Rewilding that led to discovering her soul’s unique purpose. This sparked her mission to live life led by the wild calling of the soul, and inspire others to “free ourselves from the cages we never knew we were in.”
