She supports people in shifting out of survival + into flow through her 1:1 work + online programming. Her work is based on emphasizing that you are already whole + her knowledge of body, mind, + soul influences how she supports others from a very intuitive, energetic, + somatic place. Nicole walks us through how to be more connected with yourself by understanding the language of your body + your survival philosophy.
