Timely and compelling subject matter
I’m enjoying the podcasts. The subject matter is timely and interesting. The two of you work well together. Can’t wait to hear what’s coming.
Very little credibility, questionable ethics and no staying power
The Right on Point podcast is on some sort of hiatus without comment or explanation (about two months as I type this). These kids were always in way over their heads, and maybe they've finally realized it, or maybe it was just the lack of audience for their brand of incoherence. The "premiere young sibling duo in conservative politics," if they do say so themselves, simply have no clue, either individually or as a collective. They may have figured out that their hero Trump has feet of clay and a brain to match, and have withdrawn from commentary to lick their wounds; or maybe COVID-19 has hit close to home and caused them to rethink what they are doing with their lives. One challenge to either theory is that clarity of thought has never been Paul and Olivia's strong suit.
In all fairness, Paul has somee analytical skills, meagre and little used (plus, he's dynamic and so damned sexy!); whereas Olivia is a very dull tool indeed. For instance, in interviews she is rarely able to ask a question she hasn't written in advance. She accepted every Trump excuse for each failure, and she actually believed (as of late May) projections that the coronavirus' death toll would be about 58,000 in the end. As we're about to hit triple that total with no end (or even slowdown) in sight, the "premiere young sibling duo" has decided to go silent. While I'd prefer a reassessment, or perhaps an apology, I suppose we should be grateful for small favors.
