Open your eyes. Center your soul. Refresh your mind. Start your mornings feeling nurtured and enlightened with Adrienne Gold Davis. Her universal lessons steeped in Jewish values will give you just the boost you need.
The annual Christmas vs. Chanukah comparison is upon us again – so, how can we approach it through a fresh lens?

The Age of Wisdom
Our sages celebrated the beauty of aging. How can we put their wisdom into practice in our youth-obsessed world?
One Step at a Time
We all know the feeling: we get so excited about a new resolution that we take on too much, too quickly. How do we fight the fervor and take it one step at a time?
Humility in the Age of Big Egos
We need to take up more space, “lean in,” and make our voices heard – but how do we make space for others, too?
To Be or Not To Be
There is a moment in every person’s day where a burst of clarity reminds us that we are here for a reason — and only for a season.
Inspiring and beautiful!
I always learn something new from this podcast! Especially love the musings about parenting and the practical ways in which Judaism and Torah values can guide our daily lives. Anyone, regardless of religion, would be a better person for listening!
Life-changing teachings with whole lot of comedy
OMH! I just left Adrienne after 8 days of Momentum Mission in Israel. Sitting at edge of seat in 1-2 sessions with Adrienne and 1:1 time bonding with her on busses, I cannot express what a joy and honor it was to be a part of this journey with Adrienne in person. I instantly downloaded Adrienne’s podcast episodes and Yomm app. As Jewish parents, we MUST show our kids the way to connect with Jewish heritage. The Momentum mission is a beautiful way to bring happiness, joy, Judaism, unity and community to our homes. We unite with our uniqueness which is Adrienne’s teaching. “Each one of us is part of a spiritual symphony.” B’H
These podcasts are so uplifting and helping me to grow as a mother. Thank you Adrian for sharing your inspirational words with me.
