Hey y’all, it’s Maria. Who asked for a rant about Riverdale? I am returning for our Lost Episodes (1x10-1x13 and 2x01-2x09) and potentially 4x19, 5x01-5x03 and whatever in the time jump brings me enough joy that I want to podcast it. Also, I rant about Josie and the Pussycats being mistreated by the writers (who else watched Return of the Pussycats? 5x15 will def be on the list of episodes we’re gonna podcast!)

So we were kinda *joking* about this episode being 42 minutes of Betty and Jughead acting smug as fuck...but like, it actually is and we are living for it?! We get Peak!Bughead as they take us through pretty much...everything that happened all season up until that moment, including the night Jughead almost died. We gasp at ALL the Baxter Brothers/Tracy True secrets that are revealed, from DuPont and Forsythe I to Chipping jumping out a window to Donna Sweett’s real motive for revenge. Come along for the ride with us as we joke, theorize, and love all the Bughead and the core four finally being reunited (above ground.)

(And of course, we have lots of anti-Barchie arguments and pleas with the writers to stop this baiting nonsense that makes no sense for the characters they’ve developed over the past, idk, four seasons.)
