Ep. 3 - How to Habit Rooted Kingdom

    • Health & Fitness

Habits is an interesting discussion especially when it pertains to body composition and decreasing body fat. Habits can be developed consciously and subconsciously. This makes the development of conscious habits that much more important. We can tap into this by discovering who we really are and developing habits that fit our daily activity so that our decision to develop a habit is maintainable.
