    Life is about balance. Its balance within ourselves mentally and physically. Our lifestyle plays a role on both side of this coin of balance. Without balance our lives may feel stressful and out of control, which can bleed into our physical being; our body's. Our body's, if unbalanced, will cause us pain and discomfort because of muscle imbalance and arthrokinematics dysfunction, which (its safe to say) everyone will experience at one point or another.     Habits is an interesting discussion especially when it pertains to body composition and decreasing body fat. Habits can be developed consciously and subconsciously. When the subconscious mind develops a habit it is essentially learning our daily routine and doing what makes us feel “normal” whether it’s feeling bad or good. This makes the development of conscious habits that much more important. We can tap into this by discovering who we really are and developing habits that fit our daily activity so that our decision to develop a habit is maintainable.
