Today we sat down with 4x ADCC Open champion, ADCC trials Silver medalist, and 20yr old world ranked BJJ phenom Dominic Mejia. We talked about how he got into BJJ, his breakout 2023 competition season, mindset, training and future.

Today we caught up with my friend and team mate Luke Griffith. Luke is a rising star in the NoGi grappling world training at New Wave Jiujitsu under coach John Danaher, Gordon Ryan and Garry Tonon. Luke is known for his aggressive style and high submission rate.
Luke is a 2x ADCC Trials Champion, IBJJF Brown belt world champion, and ADCC Open absolute & weight class champion. He has also competed on and won at many other major events including WNO, UFC Fight pass invitational, Enigma and AiGa.
Luke also shares some stories about growing up in South Africa, how he got into martial arts, how he ended up joining New Wave and how he found success in martial arts.

Today we caught up with my friend and former team mate Geno Morelli. Geno is an undefeated professional mixed martial arts fighter and rising prospect in the 155lb and 170lb divisions. He trains out of Upstate Karate with head coach Ray Thompson and MMA welterweight legend Stephan "Wonderboy" Thompson. Geno is known for his dominant wrestling and dynamic striking style.
Geno is a former wrestler from the prolific Penn state wrestling program under head coach and olympic gold medalist Cael Sanderson. He is a U.S. Open and World Team Trials Semi-Finalist 2019, 2021 IBJJF Blue belt Nogi Pan am and World Champion.
Outside of his athletic accomplishments he’s earned his BA & MBA from Penn State and is the Co-founder and CEO of Athletes Ocean.
