A band zoom meeting sparked an unsettling option.   But leaning into it will potentially open up greater creativity, authenticity, and growth.

We often overestimate what we can do in a day and underestimate what we can accomplish in a year.  

Today was a battle of distractions while still moving forward on practicing and prep for covers songs and next weeks band camp as well as booking details.

When working to create music or change in your own personal life decisions can get overwhelming.  

In those moments it's essential to start with just one thing and then allow everything else to grow from there. 

It was another great day of rehearsals with the band in the studio.   We can't wait to hit the stage this summer.
