We finally got on a chairlift for an episode! In perhaps our favorite episode of the season, Anna Kate shares her quiet place, her silence, and how she defines the noise in her life. Justin also shares how he achieves a peaceful life, and how he navigates the noise in his life. This episode is one of the more entertaining, more lighthearted episodes, but takes a good look at how each of us navigates silence in our lives and confronts (and solves) our personal noise.
