In this episode, I am talking to Sarah Malouf about intuitive living for a healthier life and how the mind, body, gut connection can help us. 
Sarah Malouf is an IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) certified health coach, and lover of all things wellness. She actively believes in and practices principles learned through her time at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, seeing health and wellness through a "whole person" lens vs. simply looking at individual problems or symptoms. As of late 2020, her newest title is that of "co-founder" as she has now become an integral part of building beauty tech startup, The Skin Consult. Sarah passionately works to understand how outside factors such as diet and mindset impact overall health and wellbeing. She believes that optimal wellness can be achieved by pairing a healthy lifestyle with both spiritual and mental health practices.
