My fav podcast to listen to while at work

I grew up playing video games and used to play so much when growing up with my younger brother. I would love sharing my stories of games with my friends and enjoy the exicitement of relating to each others' stories. Now as a young adult, I don't have much time to play nowaways nor share my nerdy stories. But hearing Andrew's and Alex's and other guests' stories of Screenlooking has ignited my passion to remember why I love playing games in first place. The passion to share these personal, wonderful, and dedicated memories is truly enjoyable and delightful. I feel immersed in their stories, feeling so relatable. Like movies, video games are experiences. And we want to share how we felt when playing a video games. For their story, their characters, their lore, mechanics, and galore. We all have different experiences and the desire to share how we felt connects us together. And I feel connected with these guys, especially in episodes where listners do write ins/call ins, and contribute to specials. Hearing how Andrew and Alex shared our stories made Screen Looking the best podcast to listen for relatable and geniuine stories, remind how we fall in love with video games.

Fun and accessible gaming podcast!

I wouldn’t consider myself a serious gamer, but I love Screen Looking. The hosts, Andrew and Alex, explore so many different games, new and old. I often feel like I’m sitting there with them, a part of the conversation, while digging their unique and well-reasoned takes on video games.

Deep Dives on Good Games

This podcast is excellent. The host’s mission is to dissect games through the dual lenses of design and gameplay in order to understand what makes these works so enjoyable and appreciated. I’d thoughtful commentary about games is your thing, I would recommend giving this a listen. It is obvious that the host conducts his mission seriously and with professionalism. A good companion for anyone interested in taking a deeper dive into the world of gaming.
