Season 2, Episode 6- Bravery & Boundaries Conversations in Courage

    • Self-Improvement

This week we feature our first guest!

Peep this bio:
Beth Niernberg (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 22 years of experience in the field of Mental Health in Boston. She is an expert in Trauma and Sexual Exploitation, and the mental health of those living with complex trauma in under- resourced communities. Beth spends lots of time helping people untangle narratives that no longer serve them, and then helps to co-write new ones.

Beth loves to hang out in the space between authenticity, resilience and healthier relationship skills. She is fascinated by the structure of shame and guilt and how they play a role in being stuck in places that no longer feel productive.

As a Queer woman, Beth works with families on issues regarding gender identity and sexual orientation while teaching families to advocate for their children. Beth currently has a private practice where she is seeing too many humans to count and trying to help folks keep it together in a very challenging time.

She is also our dear friend, and we're so grateful for her time and expertise on boundaries, self-care, and core values. We hope you enjoy this conversation!
