Season 4 Episode 1: Head The Raceless Gospel Podcast

    • Religion & Spirituality

Rev. Dr. Starlette Thomas is your podcast pastor and host of “The Raceless Gospel” podcast series from Good Faith Media. Season four, "Body/Building," delivers five weekly episodes.
In episode 1 with Bren Dubay, Thomas asks: Is the church in over its head? We’ll discuss Christ’s position as head of the body and how the church loses its own in turbulent times. Release date: July 12, 2023.
About season four:
Followers of Jesus joined a body — not a building. “Members of one another,” we are head, shoulders, knees, and toes. A body of believers, we are flesh and bone — not brick and mortar. Still, too many Christians define discipleship by Sunday morning attendance and the upkeep of a building while maintaining the status quo.
It’s season four and we are doing some heavy lifting. "Body/Building" discusses if Christianity is expressed through a body or a building.
Card-carrying member of a church or cross-bearer in the world, each episode questions how we look at the Christian faith as expressed as a body and a building while calling Jesus’ followers together — head, shoulders, knees, and toes.
