STANDOUT QUOTES
"In so many ways, this season was a callback to the fundamentals, not because it is easy, but because it is simple. If we can apply each of the elements of the ABCs of winning the mental game, we can show up, be who we were created to be, and deliver what we were intended to deliver in the moment.” -Dr. Amber Selking [02:30]

"Success always boils down to two things. Can I or can we or can you show up and be who you want to be in the moment, and then can I, can we, can you do and accomplish what you're trying to accomplish in that moment?” -Dr. Amber Selking [02:50]
